The vocals are not so great, and Julia can play much more compelling piano, but the feel of the band is good and I miss these guys. I think you can tell we are used to playing together, even if we aren’t used to being in the studio. I remember the room had cat essences that dried my throat, but the best amp I’ve ever played on–an expensive studio special–, so I was psyched.
